Make your celebration unforgettable with exclusive, private access to the Chico Children’s Museum after hours!

🎉 What’s Included

  • 2-hour private rental of the museum

  • Admission for up to 25 children (50 adults included; children under 2 free; membership admission redemption not valid)

🗓️ Party Availability

  • Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

  • Session: 5:00–7:00 PM

  • Setup: 4:45 PM | Cleanup: until 7:15 PM

  • Booking: At least 2 weeks in advance; call for short notice or special requests: 530-809-1492

💵 Cost & Deposit

  • Total: $500, due at booking

  • Deposit: $200 non-refundable

  • Parties may be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance; deposit forfeited if cancelled

👥 Admission & Guest Details

  • Included guests: 25 children (50 adults included; children under 2 free; membership admission redemption not valid)

  • Additional children/adults: $8 each

  • Adult/child ratio: 1 adult per 5 children

  • Each child will be given wristband

  • Wristbands provided; additional guest fees due 30 minutes before party ends

🎈 Celebration Room Guidelines

  • Food, drinks, and decorations allowed in the Celebration Room only

  • Setup and cleanup: 15 minutes before and after your scheduled time

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Follow staff guidance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment

  • WAIVERS required for all minors
