CCM is a space for children and their grown-ups to connect & learn through play.
💙 To Make Everyone’s Experience More Enjoyable, We Ask:
👩👧 Adult-to-Child Ratio: Please adhere to our 1 adult per 5 children requirement.
👀 Supervision: Regardless of age, children must be supervised at all times.
🚫 Adults Without Children: Adults are not permitted in the building without children.
👟 Footwear: Shoes must be worn at all times, except in clearly marked areas.
🤒 Health & Wellness: Please do not visit if you or your child are feeling sick.
🥤 Food & Drinks: Food and beverages (other than water) are not allowed inside the museum, except in Snack Alley or a reserved celebration room.
Water is always OK — we have a refillable water station available.
If you need special accommodations, please ask the front desk.
👶 Strollers: Please park strollers in the hallway — ask the front desk for directions.
(Why? Our littlest visitors can’t tell the difference between a stroller and an exhibit!)If you need special accommodations, please ask our staff.
🍬 Gum: Please do not allow children to chew gum inside the museum.
📱 Electronics: Cell phones, laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices are discouraged, as they can limit interactive play.
🐾 Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome.
⚠️ Code of Conduct
All guests must comply with safety policies and staff instructions at all times.
We expect everyone to be respectful toward CCM staff and other guests.
CCM will not tolerate inappropriate, rude, abusive, or destructive behavior — including demeaning, harassing, or foul language.
Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the building and/or revocation of membership without refund.
