Celebrate your child’s special day with a fun-filled birthday party at the Chico Children’s Museum!

🎈 What’s Included

  • 2-hour private rental of the Celebration Room

  • Admission for up to 15 children (30 adults included; children under 2 free; membership admission redemption not valid)

📅 Party Availability & Session Times

  • Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

  • 10:00 AM Party: Setup 9:45 AM | Party 10:00–12:00 PM | Leave 12:15 PM

  • 1:00 PM Party: Setup 12:45 PM | Party 1:00–3:00 PM | Leave 3:15 PM

  • Private after-hours parties also available

  • Booking: Schedule at least 1 week in advance

💰 Cost & Deposit

  • Total: $350, due at booking

  • Deposit: $175 non-refundable

  • Parties may be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance; deposit forfeited if cancelled

👥 Admission & Guest Details

  • Included guests: 15 children (30 adults included; children under 2 free; membership admission redemption not valid)

  • Additional children/adults: $8 each

  • Adult/child ratio: 1 adult per 5 children

  • Each child will be given wristband

  • Wristbands provided; additional fees for guests due 30 minutes before party ends

🎈 Celebration Room Guidelines

  • Food, drinks, and decorations allowed in the Celebration Room only

  • Setup and cleanup: 15 minutes before and after your scheduled time

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Follow staff guidance to ensure a safe, welcoming environment

ℹ️ Additional Information

  • Groups not meeting the required supervision ratio may be denied entry without a refund

  • To add more children after booking, contact CCM and pay day of party

  • Guests want to stay longer than scheduled party? Party Host or child’s family can pay an additional $8 to play all day, this will allow them to play before or after designated party time

  • WAIVERS required for all minors
